The company PROFPEREROBKA has joined the United Nations Global Compact 

This UN initiative aims to promote corporate social responsibility and create a more stable and inclusive economy. Currently, PROFPEREROBKA secures 35% of the TPV export market in Kyiv, which amounts to over 750 tons daily. It enjoys the trust of more than 1400 business clients. The company currently employs over 160 workers, with a fleet of over 30 new specialized vehicles servicing more than 7,000 Euro-standard containers, which are regularly washed and undergo disinfection.

Ukraine adopts Turkey’s experience

“At the beginning of the 2000s, Turkey faced the same issues with solid waste management that we have today. Since then, they have been exploring various solutions and have achieved significant success. Turkish experts are ready to assist Ukraine in implementing waste management reforms faster and more efficiently,” says Nicole Danilova, Head of the Waste Management Association. She is convinced that Turkey’s experience in waste management can be extremely valuable for our country.

40% of medical waste is disposed by the certified enterprises

Medical facilities generate a huge amount of waste that carries risks of chemical, toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and radiation effects on human health. Especially the number of Medical waste has increased due to the COVID-2019 pandemic.

WMA began working

The Waste Management Association (WMA) is an organization of consolidated high-professional market players, which are tend to develop the effective legal market mechanism of a full cycle of waste management in Ukraine. Was announced by the Chairman of the Association Nikol Danylova.
