WMA began working
The Waste Management Association (WMA) is an organization of consolidated high-professional market players, which are tend to develop the effective legal market mechanism of a full cycle of waste management in Ukraine. Was announced by the Chairman of the Association Nikol Danylova.
“WMA is a non-profit organization, our work is focused on: European values, lobbying the interests of the waste management market players and promoting the waste management process according to the European standards,”– noted Nikol Danylova.
Mission of WMA:
We unite progressive and responsible participants of the waste management process, lobby and promote the development of transparent mechanism of waste management in Ukraine.
Our key task is to create market mechanism of the waste management market and to educate environmentally conscious Ukrainians.
“Today we have a key task – to create market mechanism of the waste management market and to educate environmentally conscious Ukrainians. We are moving towards that!”, – outlined the Chairman of WMA.
WMA principles:

– consolidated vision of the WMA members;
– strategic thinking;
– communication and quick response;
– cooperation with all stakeholders in the market development.
“Among the nearest plans of WMA is to participate in the creation of the legislative and regulatory framework, through cooperation with public authorities and the expert community. It will provide an opportunity for all members of the Association to build a safe infrastructure in the field of waste management. We invite for cooperation every interested unit in its further development “, – said Nikol Danylova.
